This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to convene general body meeting by giving due notice to the members and conduct a free and fair election and to elect new office bearers for the administration of the Masjide Noor Muslim Jamath South Masque, Thiruvalluvar Nagar, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram district.
