This is a petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief. i. Call for the records leading to Ext.P1 suit No.O.S.112/2014 on the file of the Hon'ble Munsiff's Court, Perumbavoor and give a direction to dispose of it in a stipulated time limit.
2. The petitioner points out that she is advanced in age and she would like to have an end of the suit as soon as possible. She also points out that a false plea of oral gift has been raised by the respondents in order to defeat the claim of the petitioner and the attempt of the respondents is to drag on the matter as long as possible. It is also pointed out that the case is posted for framing of issues on 28.11.2014. The petitioner seeks early disposal of the suit.

3. In the light of the order that is proposed to be passed, it is felt that notice to the respondents is unnecessary.
Since the only contention, according to the petitioner, is with regard to oral gift, it may be possible to have an early disposal of the suit. Whatever that be, the case is posted to 28.11.2014. The court below is directed to frame issues on the said date and take such steps as are necessary to dispose of the suit as early as possible, at any rate, within a period of six months from the date of framing of issues.
This Original Petition is disposed of as above.
