JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has suffered an ex-parte decree in a suit for permanent prohibitory injunction. The petitioner has applied for setting aside the ex-parte decree supported by an application for condonation of delay. The respondent/decree holder is in the meanwhile taking hasty steps to execute the decree and construct a compound wall. 2. I direct the Court of the Munsiff of Hosdurg to consider I.A. Nos.633/2014 and 634/2014 in O.S. No. 140/2008 expeditiously. Every endeavour shall be made to pass final orders thereon within a period of six weeks from the date of production of this judgment.
3. Further proceedings in E.P. No. 2/2014 in O.S. No.
140/2008 on the file of the Court of Munsiff of Hosdurg shall be put on hold till orders are passed in I.A. Nos. 633/2014 and 634/2014 as directed above.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
