Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned AGA for the State.
Learned counsel for the appellants submits that in this appeal there are two appellants namely; Khachedu and Sanjeet, but the cause title shows only Khachedu and by its misunderstanding the order dated 25.07.2019 was passed to only release the appellant No. 1 Khachedu on bail. Though, in fact the appellant no. 1 Khachedu as well as appellant no. 2 Sanjeet may also be released on bail on the same terms and conditions.
The correction application is accordingly allowed.
This order shall be treated as the part of the order dated 25.07.2019.
