Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:-
“1) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other Writ or Order directing the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner by calling him frequently to his office demanding to settle the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and respondents 4 to 6.
2) To pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper for the ends of justice.”
2. When the matter came up for consideration before this Court on 9.05.2014, the following interim order was passed:-
“G.P. seeks time to file statement.
Post immediately after vacation. In the meanwhile the petitioner shall not be called to the police station in connection with the subject matter of this writ petition.”
3. The learned Government Pleader submits on instructions that, there are four civil suits pending before the W.P.(C) No.12074 of 2014 2 District Court, Chengannur, with regard to the civil disputes between the petitioner and the party respondents herein and the police only wanted to ascertain the factual position when a petition was filed by the aggrieved party.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, in view of the interim order passed, no further orders are required to be passed.
In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, reserving rights and liberties of the parties to approach the civil court and have a redressal of their grievances, if any.
