JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner has filed this review petition seeking leave since the petitioner was not a party to the proceedings. It is submitted that Ext. P3 order came to be passed without hearing the review petitioner, against which the petitioner had already preferred revision before the Government, which is pending consideration. According to the petitioner, the property involved is about to be assigned in their favour by the Government for developing airport at Aranmula. 2. Be that as it may, if the petitioner is entitled for any directions from the Government for assignment or to set aside Ext. P3, the judgment will not affect their interest. As per the judgment impugned, I have only directed the District Collector to take appropriate proceedings after hearing affected parties.
3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the review petitioner has also been heard by the District Collector. If the review petitioner is not heard, it is open for the review petitioner to place the entire matter before the District Collector, who shall take into R.P. No. 665 of 2014 in W.P(C) No. 6519 of 2014 -: 2 :-
consideration their contentions also before proceeding with the matter. For this purpose, I do not think that it is necessary to review the above judgment.
With the above clarification, the review petition is disposed of.
