JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the respondent has stated that the order of this Court dated 20.04.2016, made in W.P.(MD) No.7556 of 2016, has been complied with. The learned Counsel for the petitioner also conceded that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent.
