JUDGMENT / ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondent to keep the disciplinary proceedings in abeyance, till the disposal of the criminal case.
2. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur vide letter D.No.495 of 2015 dated 03.03.2015, had communicated to the Registrar General, High Court, by stating that " C.C.No.1/2010 on the file of this court has been filed by the Inspector of Factories, Thiruvottiyur, Chennai 600 019 against one Thiru. S. Chellapandian "Sri Lakshmi Modern Rice Mill" No.22, Ramachandra Reddy Street, Thiruvoyarpadi, Ponneri - 601 204, U/s.41 & Sec. 112 read with Rule 61(E) and 61(F) and Section 7A [1][2] r/w Sec.92, Sec.112 read with Rule 61(E) and 61(F) and Section 7A [1][2] r/w Sec.92 of Factories Act and imposed fine of Rs.25,000/- and also imposed fine of Rs.1,000/- under Section 88[1] Rule 96[1] [2] r/w 92 of Factories Act in default simple imprisonment for 1 month for each section of law".
3.In view of the above said communication stating that the criminal case has already been disposed of, the relief as such sought for may not be considered.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
