JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner is the 3rd accused in Crime No.621 of 2009 of Valiyathura Police Station pending in C.C.No.190 of 2010 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Thiruvananthapuram. The offences alleged are punishable under Sections 323, 354, 427 and 451 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. There was some dispute regarding rash driving of vehicles between the petitioner and the defacto complainants, who were travelling in a car. That caused the registration of the above crime.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the defacto complainants. Learned Public Prosecutor is also heard.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel on both sides that the matter has been settled. The defacto complainants have sworn to affidavits stating that they have no grievance against the petitioner and they do not intend to proceed with the case. Considering the nature of allegations and the fact that the parties have settled the matter, the following order is passed:
Crl.MC No.2639 of 2014 2 Annexure-A final report in C.C.No.190 of 2010 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Thiruvananthapuram is hereby quashed.
