Kevin John vs Mahatma Gandhi

High Court Of Kerala|30 October, 2014
|

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner, admittedly, failed in her examinations and applied for re- valuation, which also did not grant any improvement in marks. Petitioner is suspect about the quality of the valuation and the re- valuation and therefore, he seeks an expert re-valuation on account of his self-assessment that he is entitled to be qualified in the examination. The specific question has been answered in a decision in Sruthi Rajagopal v. Mahatma Gandhi University reported in (2014 (2) K.L.T. 945).
The writ petition is, hence, dismissed.
K. Vinod Chandran, Judge.
