The petitioner claims to be the Manager of an aided school. He has been disqualified from the said post by virtue of Ext.P9 proceedings of the Director of Public Instructions. Petitioner filed Ext.P10 before the Government against Ext.P9. It is submitted that no one has been substituted in his post pursuant to Ext.P10.
2. In view of the submission as above, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of Ext.P10 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Ext.P9 will be stayed till disposal of Ext.P10 by the first respondent. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
