The grievance of the petitioner is that he has moved an application before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sirathu, District Kaushambi in respect of encroachment of public land on which no action has yet been taken and, therefore, prayer has been made that a direction be issued to the concerned authority to address the said prayer.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we deem it appropriate to dispose off this petition by providing that if a comprehensive representation is submitted by the petitioner before the first respondent expressing his grievance along with material/evidence in support of the grievance, the same shall be considered and an appropriate order shall be passed after hearing the affected parties, preferably, within eight weeks from the date of filing of such application.
