Learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to approach the trial Court where the matter is pending. Permission as prayed for is granted. This application stands disposed of as withdrawn. It is clarified that if any application is preferred by the present applicant before the competent Court, then the competent Court will decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and without being influenced by the order passed by this Court today.
