1. This application has been sent through jail for releasing the applicant on parole so as to enable him to make necessary arrangements for Rs.1,00,000/- to be paid as fine as per the order passed by the learned Special Court in his NDPS Case.
2. It appears that the applicant is in jail since last more than nine years. As per the jail report, whenever he was released on parole, he surrendered in time.
3. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is partly allowed. Jail authority is directed to release the applicant on parole on usual terms and conditions for a period of ten days from the date of his release. Applicant shall surrender before the Jail Authority immediately after the aforesaid period is over.
