Present application is filed through jail seeking the regularization of two days' late surrender from the parole leave granted by order dated 21/03/2012.

Mr.Patel, learned APP waives service of notice of rule. The late surrender of two days is ordered to be condoned. A copy of this order be kept in the history ticket of the convict. Rule is made absolute.
