(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) This application has been filed seeking leave to file appeal against judgement and decree dated 20.02.2007 passed by the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vadodara in Special Civil Suit No. 742 of 1999.
Learned counsel for the applicant sought permission to withdraw civil application as well as first appeal with a view to making appropriate application in his pending Civil Suit No. 327 of 2006 which is pending before the trial court.
Permission, as sought for, is granted. Civil Application as well as first appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.
