Present writ petition is filed by the petitioner with the prayer to direct the learned court below (respondent no. 2) to decide the revision bearing no. 2288/2015(Ramji Kesharwani Versus Keshra Devi) expeditiously, or within a stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent no. 2, Member Board of Revenue, U.P., Lucknow is directed to consider and decide revision bearing no. 2288/2015(Ramji Kesharwani Versus Keshra Devi), expeditiously, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him.
With the aforesaid, present writ petition is disposed of.
