JUDGMENT / ORDER

Considering the observations made by the Additional Secretary, Revenue Department (Appeals), Ahmedabad in impugned order dated 12.07.2012 (Annexure-E to this petition), the petitioners shall file affidavit signed by all the trustees of the petitioner-Trust, who are the petitioners before this Court and state who is in actual and physical possession of the lands in question, along with the recent photographs.
To enable Mr.Dave, learned counsel for the petitioners to file affidavit, S.O. to 06.12.2012.
