JUDGMENT / ORDER

Shri Sanchela, learned advocate appearing on behalf of petitioner Municipality, as instructed by Chief Officer, submits that the Municipality would, on workmen being agreeable for appropriate modification in the final direction of the award, put up proposal for regularizing the workmen. Shri Acharya, learned advocate seeks time to obtain written consent of the workmen on this suggestion. At his request, matter is adjourned to 12.10.2012.
