[1] This application is for protection in the preventive detention matter, at pre-execution stage. The basis for this application as reflected in para 5 of application reads as under : -
".....Since the judgment was likely to be pronounced on or before 11.05.2012, the protection was granted upto 12th May, 2012......"
[2] Orders passed on 01.05.2012 and 04.05.2012 do not denote this factual situation. However, learned advocate for the applicant states that Hon'ble Court which granted protection was having this factual aspect in mind.
[3] Above aspects cannot be considered by this Court. The matter is adjourned. Liberty is granted to take appropriate course in the matter.
