JUDGMENT / ORDER

Date : 23/03/2012 1. Present Civil Revision Application under section 115 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been preferred by the petitioner to quash and set aside the impugned order dtd.12/8/2004 passed by the learned 2nd Extra Assistant Judge, Rajkot in Regular Civil Appeal No. 82 of 1997 as well as order passed by the learned Small Causes Court in Execution Petition No.3 of 2004 in Regular Civil Suit 159 of 1993 and Regular Civil Appeal No. 82 of 1997 dtd.2/2/2005.
2. Today when the present revision application is taken up for final hearing, Mr.Paul, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated at the bar that by efflux of time present Civil Revision Application has become infructuous.
3. Under the circumstances, present Civil Revision Application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
