Anticipatory Bail Application The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Keshav Yadav, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 79 of 2021, under Section- 3 (1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act 1986, Police Station- Nandganj, District Ghazipur, during pendency of trial.
The applicant has been implicated for offence under Section 3 (1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act 1986. Application is barred by under Section 438(6) Cr.P.C.
It is, accordingly, dismissed.
