The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the appellate authority to decide appeal No.C201907000000746/2019 pending before it within a stipulated period.
It is submitted that the petitioner has been allotted a retail outlet of Bharat Petroleum, therefore, unless appeal is decided and title of the petitioner is cleared, it would not be possible for him to instal the outlet.
Accordingly, the appellate authority is directed to decide the appeal expeditiously by fixing short date and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
