As per the instructions, the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, were going on.
The sole grievance of the petitioner is that despite the fact that the application filed on 2.2.2021 under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, had to be decided within a period of 90 days from the date of its filing, the same has not been decided till date. Therefore, a prayer for direction has been made that the application be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the the application filed by the petitioner dated 2.2.2021 be decided within a period of 90 days from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. Copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
