Heard Sri H. N. Singh, learned senior counsel for the petitioner. This writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:-
"(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to demarcate the leas land of the petitioner in pursuance of the order of the District Magistrate, Amroha dated 16.11.2016 on spot and ensure to peaceful possession of the petitioner.
(B) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to U.P. Ziladhikari Tehsil Dhanaura, District Amroha to demarcate the lease land of the petitioner of Khata Khatauni No. 1 situated in Village Daranagar Ehtmali and Gulalpur Ehtmali, Tehsil Dhanaura, District Amroha in pursuance of the order of the District Magistrate dated 16.11.2016 on spot."
In case the petitioner is serious about demarcation of land which has been leased to the petitioner, the remedy for the petitioner lies by means of proceedings under Section 24 of Revenue Code, 2006. The petitioner, in case, so advised, may avail such remedy for redressal of his grievance.
