JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner approached the respondent by Ext.P4 for accepting basic tax and to issue a possession certificate.
In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider and take appropriate decision on Ext.P4 within a period of four weeks.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
