Heard learned counsel for the respondent and perused the record.
By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought following relief:
"1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 3.4.2012 (Annexure No. 3) passed by the respondent.
II. Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondent Development Authority to immediately pay the interest at the rate of 6 % on the amount of entire installments paid by the petitioner to the Respondent Authority.
Having gone through the entire writ petition, we do not find any ground entitling the petitioner for grant of any of above relief. No interference, therefore, is called for.
Dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
