Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This Court on 18.02.2019 has passed following order:-
"Heard Sri Sant Ram Sharma, learned counsel for the appellants and Sri Rajeev Trivedi, learned counsel for respondent no. 1.
The claimants-appellants have preferred the present appeal for enhancement of compensation.
During the course of the argument, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 has submitted that his client is ready and willing to pay Rs.1,50,000/- in lump sum in addition to the amount which has already been paid to appellants under the award towards full and final satisfaction of the claim of the appellants.
Learned counsel for the appellants very fairly accepts the offer of the learned counsel for the respondent.
Learned counsel for the respondent on acceptance of the offer made by it prays for and is granted ten days time to produce the draft of Rs.1,50,000/- to be paid to the learned counsel for the appellants towards full and final satisfaction of the award.
Put up on 28.2.2019 in additional cause list.".
Sri Rajeev Trivedi, learned counsel for the respondents in compliance of the order of this Court has produced a draft of Rs.1,50,000/- bearing No.'325042' dated 25.02.2019 in favour of Kesariya drawn on State Bank of India, Branch Aliganj, Banda.
The photocopy of the aforesaid draft has been taken on record. The aforesaid draft has been handed over to Sri Sant Ram Sharma, learned counsel for the appellants.
Since, respondents have paid Rs.1,50,000/- through aforesaid draft today towards full and final satisfaction of the award which has been accepted by Sri Sant Ram Sharma, learned counsel for the appellants/claimants, the claim of claimants/appellants stand satisfied.
The appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise.
