BELOW NOTE FOR SPEAKING TO MINUTES This matter has been mentioned for correction of a typographical error appearing in my order dated 18.11.2011 where in the second page in the 4th line, M.A.C. Petition has been wrongly described as M.A.C. Petition No.849 of 1986 in place of 349 of 1986. The aforesaid mistake be corrected. The other portion of the judgment remains undisturbed.
