JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner was the owner of certain properties, which, according to them, they have sold to another person. A pipe line is passing through the property, which was required to be removed to enable the petitioner to receive the balance consideration of Rs. 30 lakhs from the buyer of the property. Though they have approached the respondent authority, no action has been taken so far. 2. Standing counsel for respondents would submit that if a representation is submitted by the petitioner before the Managing Director of the 1st respondent, the same shall be considered.
3. Under such circumstances, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of as under:
The petitioner shall submit a fresh representation to the Managing Director of the 1st respondent, who shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders. The entire process shall be completed within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
