JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner, Kerala State Road Transport Corporation is aggrieved by Ext. P2 judgment in accordance with which Ext. P3 permit has been granted. The petitioner seeks that the remand order in Ext. P1 may be complied with after hearing the petitioner as also in compliance to the judgment reported in Kerala State Road Transport Corporation v. Regional Transport Authority - 2013 (2) KLT 280. 2. There shall be such a direction and the consideration shall be made within a period of two months from today. The party-respondent shall be allowed to continue operation of the W.P.(C ) No. 28557 of 2010 2 vehicle as per the permit granted till a decision is taken.
This Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
