This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the respondent in Claim No.2/141/99/Claim/AR IV dated 27.11.2015, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to disburse the sale proceeds of the company in liquidation to the petitioner, as per the claim made by the petitioner.
2. The query raised by the Registry with regard to the maintainability is sustained. Since the petitioner has to seek remedy before the Original Jurisdiction, he is entitled to move before the Original Jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed at the SR stage itself. No costs.
