The petitioner, the Kerala State Electricity Board has filed this writ petition challenging Ext.P6 order dated 11.06.2008 passed by the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum. On the basis of the documents supplied by Sri. K. Ramaiah, the then Assistant Executive Engineer, Electrical Sub Division, Vandiperiyar and on the basis of the proceedings of the Electrical Inspector, Idukki, the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum has came to the conclusion that the connected load to the premises of the 1st respondent was within the permissible limit. The reports of the authorities have not been disputed in this writ petition. Therefore, there is no material to come to a different conclusion as arrived by the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum. Hence, I decline to interfere with the impugned order.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
