THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned HCGP for the Respondent–State. Perused the records.
2. In Crl. P. No.8032/2018 vide order dated 04.02.2019, this Court while granting bail has imposed condition No.(ii), in the following manner:
“(ii) He shall surrender before the Investigating Officer within fifteen days from today.”
3. This petition is filed for grant of some more time to the petitioner (A5) to appear before the Investigating Officer.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the Petition is allowed. Consequently, the condition No.(ii) is modified, by granting another 15 days time from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Accordingly, the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer within the time granted and comply with the other conditions.
