ORDER The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. He is permitted to file his memo of appearance within a period of four weeks.
2. The plea of the petitioner is that his representation for grant of certain documents from the respondent – Tahsildar, was rejected in terms of the impugned order dated 27.12.2016, vide Annexure-L.
3. The learned Government Advocate submits that if reasonable time is granted, the required certified copies will be granted to the petitioner. He further submits that yet another representation may be filed by the petitioner to the same.
4. Consequently, the writ petition is disposed off, with a liberty to the petitioner to make another representation for the grant of the certified copies of the documents he so desires. On furnishing of such a representation, the respondent to make available the certified copies of the documents in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a said representation.
