Heard Sri Kailash Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Mata Prasad, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to the page 11 to the writ petition, which mentions that his service book with ACRs. is not complete. Completion of ACRs. and Service Book is the task of the respondents for which the petitioner cannot be made to suffer.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of with the consent of learned counsel for the parties with a direction to the respondents to complete the A.C.Rs. of the petitioners expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is received in his office and thereafter on the basis of their ACRs. the case of the petitioner for promotion on the post of Head Constable shall be considered by the respondents within a further period of two months.
