This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of the applicant seeking the stay the enforcement proceeding initiated against the applicant under Section 128 Cr.P.C. by Family Court, Kasganj in Case No. 57 of 2017 (Smt. Geeta and Others Vs. Kehari Singh), whereby applicant has been directed to provide Rs.1,32,000/- for 22 months to opposite party No.2 in compliance of judgment and order dated 6.09.2016.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. Perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant has not been able to point out any illegality, impropriety or incorrectness, much less than any abuse of court's process which may persuade this Court to interfere in the impugned order. If a judicial order has been passed it has got to be executed. The impugned proceedings are of the same nature. There is no good reason to create a spanner into the same.
The application lacks merit and stands dismissed.
