Present revision is filed by the revisionist challenging the order dated 20-09-2018 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge/F.T.C.(14 Finance Commission), Kanpur Dehat in S.T. No. 150 of 2016 (State Vs. Badri Singh and Others).
By the said order dated 20-09-2018, the trial court has rejected the application filed by the revisionist under section 216 of the Cr.P.C. The trial court has considered the evidence at length and has found that there are total seven injuries on the body of the deceased including the injury on the head and the same being caused by sharp edged weapon.
I do not find any illegality in the impugned order dated 20-09-2018. The revision is dismissed.
