JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.
2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The petitioners have filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to issue patta in the name of the 1st petitioner and the legal heirs of the deceased Periyannan in respect of lands situated in S.No.32/6 32/7 to the extent of 0.25 acre of Pennagaram Village at SIDCO, Tiny sector Industrial Complex, Pennagaram, as per the applications dated 10.03.2004, 29.11.2012 and 11.05.2017 and as per the No Objection Certificate issued by the 3rd respondent dated 18.09.2015.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that inspite of the petitioners' repeated applications and also the production of No Objection Certificate issued by the 3rd respondent, the 2nd respondent has not considered the applications and issued the patta to them.
5. Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioners' applications along with the No Objection Certificate issued by the 3rd respondent and pass orders in accordance with law.
6. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners' applications dated 10.03.2004, 29.11.2012 and 11.05.2017 and also the No Objection Certificate issued by the 3rd respondent dated 18.09.2015 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
