Heard Sri Adarsh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shashank Shekhar Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Sri Shashank Shekhar Singh, learned Standing Counsel representing the first respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the claim of the petitioner for gratuity shall be examined in accordance with law and bearing in mind the decision rendered in Sarvesh Kumari v. State of U.P. and others [2019(7) ADJ 357 a final decision communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
