Heard Sri Laxmi Narayan Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Akhileshwar Singh, learned Standing Counsel, Sri Ravi Prakash Pandey and Sri Vrindavan Mishra for respondents.
The petitioner has preferred this petition to decide his representation dated 18.2.2020 (Annexure No. 6 to this writ petition) for restraining respondent nos. 2 and 5 to raise any construction on plot nos. 916, 866 and 867 at Village Sadikpur, Pargana Loni, Tehsil and Distt. Ghaziabad.
Learned counsel appearing for development authority states that no useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending, same be disposed off by giving appropriate direction to the respondent concerned.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to competent authority concerned to decide the pending representation dated 18.2.2020 (Annexure No. 6 to this writ petition), or a fresh representation, as the case may be, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, in accordance with law.
