It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent University that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous since the results of the petitioner with internal marks are already declared on 05.09.2017. He has also produced a copy of the same. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
