Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
2. By this Writ Petition the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus directing the first respondent not to interfere with the peaceful life of the petitioner and his family members and harass them because of filing of complaints before the third respondent. A dispute between the petitioner and his brothers regarding the property is pending in the Civil Court for consideration. On the complaint filed by the petitioner, investigation was conducted and refer report was sent to the Magistrate.
3. The learned Government Pleader submits that enquiry has been completed by the police authorities and a report has been submitted and nothing more is to be done at the end of the police authorities.
