When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.519 of 2016 was completed and the case was closed as mistake of fact on 09.01.2017. RCS notice has also been served on the petitioner/defacto complainant on 28.02.2017. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
