Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 2. According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with some non-bailable offences.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned senior Public Prosecutor. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that no case has been registered against the petitioner so far and that the police have no intention at present, to place the petitioner under arrest, in connection with any non-bailable offences.
