The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer had give a report stating that the reference to the property as Government land is a mistake and therefore the petitioner will be entitled to register the document in the light of the said report. In such circumstance there is no necessity to proceed with this writ petition, accordingly the same is dismissed as infructuous.
