The petitioner has approached the Kayyoor-Cheemeni Grama Panchayat, the third respondent to remove the ineligible persons from the list maintained by the third respondent for the purpose of employing them for river sand mining. Ext.P2 is the complaint raised by the petitioner. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to take up Ext.P2 and to pass appropriate orders thereon, after hearing the petitioner and all other affected persons within a period of four weeks.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
