JUDGMENT / ORDER

By the impugned order dated 22.10.2012, the petitioner's claim was rejected. However, the impugned order also says that in case, the rejection is for any additional information/document, the claim may be resubmitted after rectifying the discrepancies notified above. Challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. The petitioner made a representation on 11.02.2013 to the first respondent seeking Pension Scheme Certificate. Thereafter, the petitioner has enclosed the demand draft for a sum of Rs.85,000/- along with required documents as demanded by the Provident Fund Officer by the letter dated 12.01.2017.
3. In such view of the matter, a direction is issued to the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.02.2013 for the grant of Pension Scheme Certificate within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
