The petitioner, former Chairman of the Managing Committee of the Calicut Adarsha Sanskrit Vidya Peetha, Balussery complains that, though the second respondent's term of office as Chairman has expired, he is still continuing in office. It is also alleged that the 3rd and 4th respondents are permitting the second respondent to continue in service, without taking any action in the matter. The petitioner has submitted Exhibit P1 representation to the third respondent, he complains that no orders have been passed thereon, till date. 2. Since Exhibit P1 is pending consideration of the third respondent, I am satisfied that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the same to be considered, expeditiously.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the W.P.(C) No.16164 of 2014-U -:2:-
third respondent to consider Exhibit P1 representation submitted by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance in with law, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as the second respondent and other interested persons if any, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of one month of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
