JUDGMENT / ORDER

After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal to workout his remedy in accordance with law. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. The Court heard the submissions of Mr.Syed Mustafa, learned Special Government Pleader (Pondicherry), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.A.Veeramani, learned Central Government Standing Counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the fourth respondent and would submit that the resignation of the petitioner is also accepted and he has also been communicated with the order accepting his resignation.
3. In the light of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No costs. 19.01.2017 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No jvm To
